About Smart Vantage

株式会社Smart Vantage owns three short-stay houses in Shinjuku and Nakano. We find and acquire each property, furnish it, and take it through licensing under Japan's Housing Accommodation Business Act.

Day-to-day operations — guest messaging, check-in and housekeeping — are handled by Shinka, our management partner in Tokyo. That is the name you will see on the Airbnb listing, and the team that looks after you during your stay.
